Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully placed. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Remote Area Surcharge

We do not charge any remote area surcharge for eligible U.S. delivery addresses.

Shipping Delays or Tracking Exceptions

If your shipment experiences a logistics issue, delay, or tracking exception, our team will actively follow up with the carrier to monitor the shipping status.

If the tracking status remains abnormal for more than 3 days, we will arrange a replacement shipment within 1 day.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
