1. Return Policy

For orders placed on Luxvena.com, we understand that customers may occasionally need to request a return. Eligible returns will be handled in accordance with the conditions below.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened / sealed – product remains in original packaging, unopened
  • Opened but unused – inspection only, no assembly, sitting, or signs of wear
  • Defective or damaged product – including structural issues, broken parts, or fabric flaws

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Product has been used – including assembly, sitting, or any sign of wear & tear
  • Item damaged after delivery due to misuse or accident
  • Missing original packaging or accessories (unless reported as defective)

Return Shipping Cost: Covered by Luxvena – we provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns. You don't pay anything.

Restocking Fee: $0 restocking fee – no hidden charges. You receive a full refund of the product price.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email. Do not send any item back before receiving our return authorization and address.
  2. Provide the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return (unopened, unused, defective, etc.)
    • Photos or videos (if applicable, for defective items)
  3. Receive approval and return address. We will reply within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and provide the correct return warehouse address.
  4. Ship the product back using the prepaid return label we provide.

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund Timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Statement Appearance: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. Additional Important Terms

Defective or Damaged Items: If your Luxvena chair arrives with a manufacturing defect, broken frame, torn fabric, or any quality issue:

  • Contact us with photos/videos and your order number
  • You may choose between free replacement parts (shipped directly) or a full refund with free return shipping
  • No restocking fees, no extra charges

Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it. If it has already shipped, the order will be handled according to this return policy.

U.S. Orders: This return policy applies to eligible orders shipped to U.S. addresses unless otherwise stated.
