Before Purchase
What types of products does Luxvena offer?
Luxvena offers a curated selection of stylish seating furniture, including accent chairs, lounge chairs, lazy chairs with ottomans, bean bag chairs, vanity chairs, office chairs, swivel chairs, and other seating designed for living rooms, bedrooms, home offices, vanity corners, and small spaces.
Are your chairs suitable for small spaces?
Yes. Many of our products are designed for compact living and work well in apartments, bedrooms, reading corners, vanity areas, dorm-style layouts, and other smaller spaces. Please check the product dimensions listed on each product page before placing your order.
Do your products require assembly?
Some products may require light assembly, especially office chairs, vanity chairs, swivel chairs, and selected lounge seating. Assembly requirements can vary by item, so we recommend reviewing the product description before purchase.
How do I know which chair is right for my space?
We recommend checking the product dimensions, materials, seat style, and intended use on the product page. For example, vanity chairs are ideal for dressing tables, lounge chairs are great for relaxed seating, and office chairs are better suited for desk use and daily work.
Will the product color look exactly the same as in the photos?
We do our best to display product colors and materials as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
During Order Processing and Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully placed. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or holidays.
How long does shipping take?
After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Do you charge a remote area fee?
No. We do not charge any remote area surcharge for eligible U.S. delivery addresses.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
How can I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor the shipment status during transit.
What happens if the tracking status is delayed or abnormal?
If your shipment shows a logistics delay or tracking exception, our team will follow up with the carrier and monitor the shipping status. If the tracking status remains abnormal for more than 3 days, we will arrange a replacement shipment within 1 day.
After Purchase and Support
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for orders placed on Luxvena.com.
Which items are eligible for return?
Eligible returns include unopened items, opened but unused items, and defective or damaged products. Items that have been used, assembled, sat on, show signs of wear and tear, or are damaged after delivery due to misuse or accident are not eligible for return.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No. For all approved returns, Luxvena provides a prepaid return label. You do not need to pay return shipping costs.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We charge $0 restocking fee on approved returns.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your chair arrives with a manufacturing defect, broken frame, torn fabric, damaged parts, or another quality issue, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos. Depending on the situation, you may choose between free replacement parts or a full refund with free return shipping.
How do I request a return or refund?
To request a return, please contact our support team before sending anything back. In your message, please include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Can I return a product after I have used it?
In general, used products are not eligible for return. This includes items that have been assembled, sat on, or show visible signs of wear and tear.
