SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Origin: Luxvena serves the United States market, and our lighting products are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment facilities in Asia.
Processing Time: Most standard-size lighting orders are prepared within 3–7 business days. Oversized, complex, or customized fixtures may require 7–15 business days.
Estimated Delivery: Complimentary standard delivery generally takes approximately 4 weeks after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the fixture size, destination, customs processing, and carrier arrangements.
Order Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has shipped. International shipments may not show frequent tracking updates during every stage of transit. Oversized fixtures may be delivered in protective wooden crates and may require a scheduled delivery appointment.
Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery generally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch and is available for selected products and destinations. Oversized, overweight, fragile, or customized fixtures may require an additional shipping or special-handling fee. Any applicable charge will be quoted for your approval before it is collected.
